Privacy Policy
How information is handled when you visit Frondez or use its clinic-management and patient-booking services.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Who this policy covers
This policy covers website visitors, clinic owners and staff, and patients using Frondez booking and patient-access pages. Clinics are responsible for their clinical decisions, patient records and privacy obligations. Frondez processes clinic information to provide software, and account and website information to operate the service.
Information we handle
- Account and clinic details: names, emails, contact details, settings, staff roles and account activity.
- Patient and booking details: names, phone numbers, optional booking emails, appointments and information entered by patients or authorised staff. Depending on clinic use, this can include care plans, insurance details and clinical documents.
- Payment records: invoices, amounts, currencies, references and verification status. Payment providers handle checkout and bank or card processing.
- Website events: page and product interactions, referring sources and selected plans; technical diagnostics for service maintenance.
- Information you provide to support.
Do not send medical records, bank details, passwords or payment keys to our general support email.
Purposes and grounds
Information supports booking, clinic administration, authentication, permissions, invoices, billing, support, error investigation and understanding public website use. Applicable grounds may include providing a requested service, legitimate operational interests, legal obligations and consent where required. Clinics must establish appropriate grounds for their patient-data processing.
Cookies and browser storage
Frondez uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, appearance preferences, referral attribution, selected plans and visit-level website events. Some values last for a session; others remain until cleared or expired. Hosting and connected services may also use cookies or similar technologies for their operation.
You can clear or restrict storage in your browser; this may sign you out or reset preferences. Frondez’s public-site event tracking is separate from Google advertising.
Google advertising and choices
Google AdSense advertising has not been added as part of this policy. Before ads are enabled, this policy and required consent controls must reflect the actual advertising configuration.
Where Google advertising is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalised ads. Manage personalised ads at Google Ads Settings and third-party choices at AboutAds. Read how Google uses information from partner sites.
Private patient records, clinic workspace data and sensitive care details must not be used for advertising targeting. Required advertising consent must be obtained before relevant cookies or personalised ads are enabled.
Providers and sharing
Frondez uses Lovable Cloud for hosting, accounts and data services, Paystack for payments where configured, and messaging providers for authorised clinic communications where enabled. Fonts and public media can be served by external hosting services. Providers receive information needed for their service and have their own policies and terms.
Clinic information is intended for authorised users and the patient-facing access workflows used by the clinic. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse and protect users.
Messages and preferences
Appointment messages depend on clinic settings, patient preferences and enabled delivery services. Follow-ups require patient agreement. Contact your clinic to change preferences or stop optional messages. A recorded message attempt does not guarantee delivery.
Retention, security and transfers
Information is retained for the service, clinic recordkeeping, payment reconciliation and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the record and clinic requirements; no automatic deletion period is promised here. Access controls and private storage reduce unauthorised access, but no online service guarantees complete security.
Providers may process information outside your country. Applicable transfer requirements and provider arrangements must be considered, particularly for patient information.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawing consent or complaining to a relevant authority. Contact your clinic first for patient records and bookings. For Frondez account or website requests, email digitalcreatorlabofficial@gmail.com. Identity verification and clinic coordination may be needed; legal recordkeeping can limit deletion.
Children and updates
Staff accounts are intended for authorised adults. Parents or guardians should work with the clinic to manage children’s care. Updates will be reflected in the date above. For questions, visit Contact.
